Man in court for sprinkling certain liquid on Mahama

A man has been charged with offensive conduct for sprinkling some liquid on President John Mahama.
Akwasi Emmanuel sprinkled the liquid on the president when he toured the Agbogbloshie Yam Market in Accra on September 15.
He has been put before an Accra Circuit Court, with the court ruling that he should first undergo a psychiatric test.
The suspect is being held in police custody, according to a report by the Ghana News Agency (GNA) .
